The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

By subscribing to any of our products, you agree to the following:
-Subscriptions cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or limited-time offerings in addition to the Autoship discount.
-Bundles and bulk products that are already discounted are not available for subscription
-You may update your subscription recurrence, skip a shipment, or update your payment method by logging into your Onda account.
-You must update or cancel your subscription at least 2 days prior to your shipping date to ensure the changes have been implemented.
-We cannot refund your auto-ship order after it has been processed. It's up to the customer to cancel or update the subscription before it's processed.
We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping & Handling within the U.S. by the United States Postal Service for all orders over $50.00 (before tax and after any discounts). Ground Shipping & Handling generally takes 6-8 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door.
If you need a different shipping carrier like UPS or Fedex, please include this request in the customer order notes section before placing your order. Please email or call us same day to make sure your shipping carrier is updated before shipping. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.
